How little I know

The longer the relations

The more the haste

The greater the waste

The bitter the taste

The darker the night

The scarier the fright

The brighter the daylight

The harsher the word

The less the accord

The sharper the sword

The uglier the deed

The more the need

For wisdom to lead

The more the debt

The tighter the net

The more the sweat

The thinner the wear

The bigger the tear

The harder the repair

The higher the jump

The louder the thump

The harder the bump

The whiter the shirt

And brighter the skirt

The clearer the dirt

The harder the access

The slower the progress

The sweeter the success

The more the spears

The less the fears

The fewer the tears

The more the hand

The firmer the stand

The safer the land

The more the delay

The more you pay
